  GUIYANG, Oct. 7 (Xinhua) -- Great efforts have been made in recent years to develop agriculturally based tourism in Huaxi District of Guiyang in southwest China's Guizhou Province. Under the rural vitalization drive, authorities have worked to improve infrastructure for rural tourism while encouraging industries with local features.
